Beginning September 1st we will be open Monday- Friday 11am- 7pm and Saturday 10am- 4pm.
We are now accepting new patients 16 years and older for primary care in West Jefferson. Call 614-879-7300 for an appointment and insurance information. We will be located inside the urgent care in West Jefferson while our new office is finished. It will be located at 95 E Main St. (next to Subway)
